How do I fill out an application?

Simply print out the .pdf document and complete the application in your own handwriting.

Do I need to have the form, "Authority to Release Information for Background Checking" notarized?

No.  If we require notarization at a later time, we will notify you.  Please make sure you have a witness sign the form on the "Witness" line.

What happens after I return my application?

Your application will be reviewed.  For non-uniformed positions, the applications are reviewed once the posting has closed.  When the review has been completed, you will be notified of your status.
